영유아교사가 지각한 조직문화가 교직윤리의식에 미치는 영향: 인권감수성의 조절효과

The Effects of Organizational Culture on the Teaching Profession Ethical Awareness among Early Childhood Teachers: The Moderating Effects of Human Rights Sensitivity

본 연구는 영유아교사가 지각한 조직 문화, 인권감수성 및 교직윤리의식 간의 관련성 및 상대적 영향력을 알아보고 조직문화와 교직윤리의식의 관계에서 인권감수성의 조절효과를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대구와 경북지역에 소재한 유아교육·보육기관에 근무 중인 영유아교사 281명을 대상으로 조직문화, 인권감수성, 교직윤리의식을 측정하기 위한 평정척도를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아교사의 조직문화와 인권감수성 및 교직윤리의식 간에 유의미한정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 조직문화와 인권감수성의 순서로 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아교사가 지각한 조직문화와 교직윤리의식 간의 관계에 있어서 부분적인 인권감수성의 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교직윤리의식을 강화하기 위한 영유아교사들의 인권감수성 향상 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고 영유아교사들의 건설적인 조직풍토를 조성하는 데 이바지하도록 기대되어 진다.

The aim of study was to investigate general trends and the relationship between early childhood teachers’ organizational culture, human rights sensitivity, and teaching profession ethical awareness, and to elucidate how organizational culture and human rights sensitivity affect teachers’ teaching profession ethical awareness. A rating scale was used to evaluate early childhood teachers’ organizational culture, human rights sensitivity, and teaching profession ethical awareness of 281 early childhood teachers working in nurseries and kindergartens located in Daegu City and Kyungpook Area. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, early childhood teachers’ organizational culture, human rights sensitivity, and teaching profession ethical awareness showed a meaningfully positive correlation. Second, human rights sensitivity and teaching profession ethical awareness contribute to enhance teachers’ teaching profession ethical awareness in that order. Third, early childhood teachers perceived organizational culture showed a significant effect on teaching profession ethical awareness through the moderating effect of the human rights sensitivity. The results of this study are expected to provide baseline data for establishing child care environments which increase teachers’ sense of teaching profession ethical awareness and is expected to contribute to creating an organizational culture of constructive teachers.
