예비유아교사의 실천지능 개념 및 구조분석

An Analysis of the Concept and Construction for Practical Intelligence in Pre-service Kindergarten Teachers

본 연구는 실천지능에 대한 예비유아교사의 개념 및 구조를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 강원도 소재 2개 대학의 유아교육과 3학년 학생 66명 중 36명을 무선 배정 하여 아이디어를 산출하고 분류체계분석을 통하여 예비유아교사의 실천지능 개념을 분석하였다. 또한 구체적인 예비유아교사의 실천지능의 개념적 구조와 중요도를 분석하기 위해 예비유아교사 120명을 대상으로 온라인 응답지를 통해 수집된 실천지능 개념에 대한 문항을 구조화 하였으며, 예비교사들의 실천지능에 대한 구조를 분석하기 위해 예비유아교사 10명을 대상으로 개인별 유사성 행렬을 작성하였고, 이를 합산한 집단 유사성 행렬을 만들어 다차원척도분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 상위개념 중 가장 빈도가 높은 개념은 태도, 관계, 전공지식 순으로 나타났다. 또한 다차원척도분석을 실시한 결과 총 4개의 범주로 구성되었다. 이에 대한 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 계층적 군집분석을 실시하였으며, 군집분석의 결과 총 4개의 군집으로 군집화 되었다. 군집화 된 문항 중 군집1은 ‘유아와의 관계’로, 군집 2는 ‘문제해결력’으로 군집 3은 ‘교수- 수업관련 능력’으로, 군집 4는 ‘인성 및 태도’로 명명하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과에 따라 예비유아교사 실천지능을 재 개념화 하였고, 예비유아교사 실천지능을 위해 노력해야 할 점들에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the concepts and construction of Practical intelligence in pre-service kindergarten teachers. To this study was done in two steps. In the first step, a primary suvey was given to 36 pre-service kindergarten teachers, and in the second step, an on-line questionnaire was given to 120 pre-service kindergarten teacher. The primary survey was done with taxonomy analysis of practical intelligences in pre-service kindergarten teachers. Additionally, ALSCA analysis of construction and hierarchical cluster anaysis of ecological validity were done for the pre-service kindergarten teachers. The results are as follows: First, according to the analysis of the concept map, the concepts of prctical intelligences in pre-service kindergarten teachers were the ability to use major knowledge, and general knowledge, understanding oneself, understanding others, personal relationships, ability to solve problems, passion for learning, conviction and good attitude on life and education. Second, according to the analysis on construction, practical intelligences in pre-service kindergarten teachers were assigned to 4 groups as follews; a relation between teacher and young children, humanity, ability to solve problem, ability to instruct and attitude.
