유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입이 교수수행에 미치는 영향

Impact of Job Satisfaction, Creative Personality and Teaching Flow on Teaching Performance in Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입, 교수수행의 관계와 상대적 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 B지역에 소재한 유치원, 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 385명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행 한 뒤 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같이 분석하였다. 첫째, 연구 대상자의 일반적 배경을 빈도와 백분율을 분석하였다. 둘째, 연구도구의 신뢰도를 산출하기위하여 Cronbach's .를 산출하였고 셋째, 각 변인의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였으며 넷째, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입이 교수수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 단계별 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 첫째, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입, 교수수행에 대한 인식 정도는 보통보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입, 교수수행의 총합 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 창의적 인성, 교수몰입의 총점이 교수수행에 미치는 상대적 설명력은 교수몰입, 창의적 인성, 직무만족도 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이는 유아교사의 교수수행을 증진하기 위해서는 유아교사의 교수몰입, 창의적인 인성, 직무만족도를 증진하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships and relative influence of job satisfaction, creative personality, teaching flow and teaching performance of early childhood teachers. The subjects in this study were 385 selected early childhood teachers who worked in kindergartens and daycare centers in a province of Korea. A survey was conducted, and the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study are as follows: First, as for the awareness of the early childhood teachers about their own job satisfaction, creative personality, teaching flow and teaching performance, they considered all the factors to be above average. Second, there were significant positive correlations among overall job satisfaction, creative personality, teaching flow and teaching performance of the teachers. Third, the explanatory power that job satisfaction, creative, personality, and teaching flow of early childhood teachers’ affects teaching performance was in ascending order of teaching flow, creative personality, and job satisfaction. The findings of this study suggest that in order to increase the teaching performance of early childhood teachers, efforts should be made to improve their job satisfaction, creative personality and teaching flow.
