사회적 합리성에 기초한 유아경제교육이 분배 공정성과 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Early Childhood Economy Education Based on Social Rationality on Children`s Distributive Justice and Sense of Community

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 합리성에 기초한 유아경제교육이 만 5세 유아의 분배 공정성과 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이었다. D 시에 위치한 S 유치원의 유아 27명을 실험집단으로, B 유치원 유아 25명을 통제집단으로 임의 할당하였다. 실험집단에는 사회적 합리성에 기초한 유아경제교육을 5주간 총 12차시에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 분배 공정성 검사와 공동체 의식 검사를 통해 자료를 수집 하였으며 사회적 합리성에 기초한 유아경제교육의 효과를 검증하기 위해 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 합리성에 기초한 유아경제교육을 실시한 실험집단의 분배 공정성 점수가 통제집단의 분배 공정성 점수보다 유의미하게 높았다. 또한 공동체 의식 전체와 하위요인인 소속감, 조화, 자발적 참여, 공공의식, 일체감 및 상호영향의식에서도 실험집단의 점수가 통제집단의 점수보다 유의미하게 높았다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아의 분배 공정성과 공동체 의식이 교육을 통해 향상될 수 있다는 교육적 가능성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of early childhood economy education based on social rationality on 5-year-old children's distributive justice and sense of community. The subjects of this study consisted of 27 children from S kindergarten for the experimental group and 25 children from B kindergarten for the control group in D city. Early childhood economy education based on social rationality was done two to three times a week over five weeks in the experimental group for a total of 12 sessions. Data were collected using the children's distributive justice test and the children's sense of community test and analyzed by an analysis of covariance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the scores for the distributive justice in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Additionally, the scores for the sense of community in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, including all sub-factors (sense of belonging, harmony, voluntary participation, public awareness, sense of unity, and sense of mutual influence). The results of this study imply that early childhood economy education based on social rationality can improve children's distributive justice and sense of community.
