어린이집 영아학대 예방을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과: 질적 애착관계 상호작용을 중심으로

Development and Application of the Program for Preventing of Infant Abuse in Child Care Centers

본 연구는 어린이집 영아학대 예방을 위한 교사교육 프로그램을 개발, 적용 효과를 검증한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 상호작용 관계의 표상인 애착관계를 교사교육의 핵심요소로 프로그램에 반영하여 교육적 효과가 내면화되어 장기적으로 지속되도록 구성하였다. 연구대상은 어린이집에 재원 중인 중류층 가정의 만 1세와 2세 영아 64명과 이들을 담임하는 영아 교사 36명이었다. 선행연구와 자료조사를 통해 추출된 학대 관련 요인과 안정애착 요인을 반영한 본 교사교육 프로그램을 어린이집에 적용한 결과, 참여 교사들이 비참여 교사들보다 이타심, 용서, 자기조절, 의사소통, 직무수행태도 등의 인성점수와 반응성, 접촉성, 발달적으로 적합한 자극제시와 같은 긍정적 상호작용 점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 또한 프로그램 참여 교사의 영아들이 비참여 교사의 영아들보다 친사회적 상호작용, 공감 및 정서적 표현성, 협동성 등의 긍정적 상호작용의 점수가 유의미하게 높았다.

In this study, the program for preventing of infant abuse in child care centers had been developed focusing on the secure attachment relationship between teachers and infants, and the impact of it was examined using ANCOVA. The subjects were sixty four 12~36 month infants and their teachers. The results was as follows: the teachers participated in the program showed higher scores of altruism, forgiveness, self-control, communication, attitude toward job as well as responsiveness, contact, developmentally appropriate stimulus when interact with infants. In addition, infants of those teachers were more prosocial, emotionally expressive, and cooperative than their counterparts.
