This study explores research trends related to artificial intelligence and digital technology by focusing on four key terms: literacy, artificial intelligence literacy, digital literacy, and knowledge information processing competency. Using the RISS database, we collected papers published over the last 20 years until September 2023 and conducted a quantitative bibliometric analysis. Semantic network analysis was applied to understand the relationships, trends, and characteristics of these concepts. The findings show that digital literacy, data literacy, AI literacy, and knowledge information processing competency all aim to foster creative thinking and are primarily taught at the basic education level, especially for elementary school students, often in convergence education formats. Digital literacy is the most widely taught, covering all age groups and overlapping with other literacies. Data literacy tends to function as a sub-element of digital literacy, while AI literacy overlaps with both digital and data literacy, with the potential for future integration. Knowledge information processing competency is researched independently from the other literacies, showing limited overlap.
