보육교사의 개인정보보호에 대한 인식 및 어린이집의 개인정보보호 수준

Awareness of Personal Information for Preschool Teachers and Level for Protection Personal Information in Preschool

본 연구는 보육교사의 개인정보보호에 대한 인식 및 어린이집의 개인정보보호에 대한 수준을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 B광역시에 소재하고 있는 어린이집의 66개 기관의 보육교사 380명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 응답결과를 분석하였다. 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 보육교사의 일반적 배경(학력, 경력, 기관유형, 연령)에 따른 개인정보보호 인식 및 어린이집의 개인정보보호 수준의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 카이검증 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 보육교사의 일반적 배경(학력, 경력, 기관유형, 연령)에 따른 보육교사의 개인정보보호에 대한 인식은 기관유형, 연령 따른 인식의 차이는 없었으나 학력이 높고 경력이 많을수록 개인정보보호에 대한 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 일반적 배경(학력, 경력, 기관유형, 연령)에 따른 어린이집의 개인정보보호에 대한 수준을 알아본 결과 보육교사의 학력, 경력, 기관유형, 연령에 따라서 수준의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났고 어린이집의 개인정보보호에 대한 수준은 C등급으로 나타났다. 본 결과를 통해 어린이집의 개인정보보호에 대한 수준은 아직 미흡함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study to identify the level of privacy awareness of preschool teachers and the level of protection for personal information recognized by teachers in preschool. The study conducted a survey of 301 teachers working in 66 preschools located in an area; of B metropolitan area, and analyzed the results of the survey. The data collected were analyzed with the SPSS 23.0 Program, and chi-squared test analysis was conducted to assess the differences in awareness by general background among teachers in preschools.According to the study results, first, the recognition of personal information protection among preschool teachers was irrelevant to organizational type and age classification but was different in educational and career classification from a general background. Teachers with higher education and more career experience had a higher level of awareness of privacy, and the preschool teachers serving as managers of private information were aware of protecting personal information as one of their job responsibility. Second, the level of privacy of the preschool according to the general background of the preschool was irrelevant to the educational backgrounds of the teachers, careers, institutions, and ages.Based on the results of this survey, the level of protection for personal information in preschools had a grade of C, and this result indicates the current security level to protect personal information is still insufficient to reach a grade of A which is the highest level of protection of individual data at a preschool.
