유아교사의 사고양식과 교수양식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The effects of thinking styles and teaching styles on job satisfaction of child-care teachers

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 사고양식과 교수양식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 사고양식과 교수양식의 정도에 따라 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 및 경상남도에 소재한 어린이집 교사 211명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 24.0을 이용하여 사고양식과 교수양식을 독립변인으로, 직무만족을 종속변인으로 설정하고 이원변량분석(2-way-ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 사고양식과 교수양식은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유아교사의 사고양식 유형Ⅰ, Ⅱ와 교수양식이 높을수록 직무만족을 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 사고양식과 교수양식의 정도에 따른 직무만족의 차이는 사고양식 유형Ⅰ,Ⅱ 모두 하위군과 상위군은 교수양식의 정도에 따라 직무만족에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유아교사의 사고양식이 직무만족에 영향을 미칠 때 아동중심의 교수양식이 높을수록 직무에 대한 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 직무 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 유아교사의 사고양식과 아동중심의 교수양식을 중요하게 고려할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of child-care teachers’s thinking styles and teaching styles on job satisfaction. For this purpose, we conducted a self-reported questionnaire survey of 211 child-care teachers who work in Busan and Gyeongnam area. The mean, standard deviation and 2-way-ANOVA were calculated using SPSS WIN 24.0. The main results of the study are as follows; First, child-care teachers’s thinking styles and teaching style had a positive effect on job satisfaction. The higher the types of thinking styles I and II of the child-care teachers and the teaching styles, the more they perceived job satisfaction. Second, the types of thinking styles I and II of child-care teachers differed in job satisfaction according to level of teaching styles. When the thinking styles influenced job satisfaction, the higher the teaching style was the higher the job satisfaction. These results demonstrate that it is considered teachers' thinking styles and teaching styles for job satisfaction.
