어머니의 영아에 대한 애착, 양육스트레스, 놀이성이 어머니의 양육역량에 미치는 영향

The effects of mother's attachment to toddler, parenting stress, and playfulness on their parenting competence

본 연구는 어머니의 영아에 대한 애착, 양육스트레스, 놀이성이 어머니의 양육역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 이루어졌다. 경기도 중소도시 I시와 Y시에 거주하는 만 18개월〜36개월 월령의 자녀를 둔 어머니 351명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 변인과 네 변인에 대한 자료를 자기보고식 설문지를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어머니의 양육역량과 어머니의 영아에 대한 애착, 놀이성 간에는 정적 상관관계가, 어머니의 양육역량과 양육스트레스 간에는 부적 상관관계가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 영아에 대한 애착, 양육스트레스, 놀이성은 어머니의 양육역량을 44% 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 세 변인 중 어머니의 영아에 대한 애착이 어머니의 양육역량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze about the effects of mother's attachment to toddler, parenting stress, and playfulness on her parenting competence. The subjects were 351 mothers with toddlers 18 to 36 months old in the cities of I and Y in Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected by questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine research questions. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, significant positive correlations were found among mother’s parenting competence and attachment to toddler, playfulness. And significant negative correlations were found between mother’s parenting competence and their parenting stress. Second, mother's attachment to toddler, parenting stress, and playfulness were predicting variables for their parenting competence. In particular, mother's attachment to toddler was the most influential variation among mother's attachment to toddler, their parenting stress, and playfulness.
