텍스트 마이닝 기반 감성분석을 통한 부모교육 프로그램 방향 모색: 놀이를 중심으로

Seeking directions for parental education programs through sentiment analysis based on text mining: Centered on play

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기반 감성분석을 통해 놀이와 부모교육에 대한 사회 전반적인 인식을 파악하고, 부모교육에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하여 부모교육 프로그램의 방향을 모색하는데 주목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ‘부모+놀이’, ‘부모교육+놀이’, ‘유아+놀이’를 키워드로 최근 3년간 SNS의 텍스트 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 데이터는 2차례의 정제과정을 거쳤으며, 키워드 빈도를 바탕으로 주요 키워드 50개를 선정하여 의미연결망분석과 감성분석, 최종적으로 Concor분석을 실시하였다. 감성분석을 토대로 한 Concor분석 결과 긍정감성 키워드에 형성된 6개의 군집 중 가장 키워드가 밀집하는 군집을 교육·보육기관 신뢰로 명명하였으며, 중립감성 키워드의 경우 형성된 4개의 키워드 중 분석이 유의미하다고 판단되는 3개의 군집을 각각 컨텐츠 정보 수집, 양육 정보 수집, 교육 정보 수집으로 명명하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 변화하는 사회에 따라 부모교육 프로그램에 있어 부모가 원하는 정보의 양상을 분석·제시하였으며, 과거 수동적으로 진행되던 부모교육 프로그램 형태의 변화에 대한 요구가 주된 양상으로 나타남을 확인하였다.

The aims of this study were to determine overall social perception of play and parental education through text mining-based sentiment analysis and to explore the direction of parent education program by analyzing factors that affect parental education. To this end, text data from SNS for the past three years were collected and analyzed with keywords such as 'parents+play' 'parents education+play' and 'infant+play'. The collected data went through two refining processes, and 50 main keywords were selected based on the frequency of the keywords, followed by semantic network analysis, sentiment analysis, and finally Concor analysis. As a result of the Concor analysis based on the sentiment analysis, the group with the most concentrated keywords among the six clusters formed in positive emotion keywords was named as trust in education and childcare institutions. The three groups to be judged were named content information collection, parenting information collection, and education information collection, respectively. These results present the patterns of information that parents want in a parent education program according to the changing society, and it was confirmed that the demand for changes in the form of parent education programs that had passively progressed in the past appeared as the main aspect.
