고등학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 내재동기 및 진로성숙도의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Intrinsic Motivation and Career Maturity in the Relationship between High School Students’ Perceived Parental Rearing Attitudes and Career Preparation Behaviors

연구목적: 고등학생을 대상으로 긍정적 양육태도, 진로결정 내재동기, 진로성숙도 및 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 긍정적 양육태도와 진로준비행동 사이의 진로결정 내재동기와 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 경상남도 소재의 K시 고등학생 379명(남학생 270명, 여학생 109명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료 분석에는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 긍정적 양육태도, 진로결정 내적동기, 진로성숙도 및 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계를 살펴본 결과, 긍정적 양육태도는 진로결정 내재동기, 진로성숙도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 진로준비행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 진로결정 내재동기와 진로성숙도는 진로준비행동에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 긍정적 양육태도와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 내재동기와 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 진로결정 내재동기와 진로성숙도의 유의한 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 토대로 고등학생이 지각한 긍정적 양육태도, 진로결정 내재동기, 진로성숙도 및 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계를 확인하였으며, 진로준비행동을 높이기 위한 부모의 긍정적 양육태도 양상과 진로결정 내적동기 및 진로성숙도의 중요성을 확인하고 교육적 및 상담적 시사점을 논의하였다.

Objective: This study attempted to investigate the structural relationship between positive parenting attitude, career decision motivation, career maturity, and career preparation behavior for high school students. Methods: To this end, a survey was conducted on 379 high school students (270 boys and 109 girls) in K city in Gyeongsangnam-do, and SPSS 20.0 and Amos 22.0 were used for data analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, positive parenting attitude, career decision motivation, career maturity, and career preparation behavior, positive parenting attitude had a positive significant effect on career decision motivation and career maturity, but did not have a significant effect on career preparation behavior. In addition, career decision-making motivation and career maturity had a positive and significant effect on career preparation behavior. Second, positive parenting attitude and career preparation behavior, the significant mediating effect of career decision motivation and career maturity was confirmed. Conclusions: This study is significant in that it confirmed that parents’ positive parenting attitude influences career adaptation.
