예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감이 그릿에 미치는 영향 : 의사소통능력의 조절효과

The Effects of Psychological Well-being on Grit in Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers: The Moderating Effects of Communication Competence

본 연구에서는 예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감, 의사소통능력, 그릿 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감이 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도 및 충남지역소재 11개 대학의 유아교육 관련학과 1~3학년 학생 426명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 분석, Pearson의 상관분석, PROCESS Macro Model 1을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감, 의사소통능력, 그릿의 수준은 비교적 높은 편으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감은 그릿과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 심리적안녕감과 의사소통능력도 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 의사소통능력과 그릿 또한 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비영유아교사의 심리적안녕감이 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 예비영유아교사의 그릿에 영향을 미치는 심리적안녕감과 의사소통능력의 가치가 재고되고, 추후 예비영유아교사의 그릿 계발을 지원하는 양성교육 프로그램의 기초자료로서 유용하게 활용되기를 기대해본다.

This study investigated the relationship between pre-service early childhood teachers' psychological well-being, communication competence, and grit, as well as examined the moderating role of communication competence in the relationship between psychological well-being and grit. To this end, data were collected from 426 students in early childhood education-related departments across 11 universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungnam, ranging from first to third year. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and PROCESS Macro Model 1. As a result of the study, first, pre-service early childhood teachers demonstrated relatively high levels of psychological well-being, communication competence, and grit. Second, the psychological well-being of pre-service early childhood teachers was found to have a positive correlation with grit, the psychological well-being and communication competence were also found to have a positive correlation with communication competence and grit. Third, it was found that communication competence had a moderating effect on the psychological well-being of pre-service early childhood teachers on grit. These findings suggest the importance of psychological well-being and communication competence in fostering grit among pre-service early childhood teachers, providing valuable insights for designing training programs aimed at supporting their grit development in the future.
