鄉村振興背景下鹽源縣鹽井鎮人力資源流失的現狀及 對策研究

With the continuous development of the rural revitalization strategy, the human resources in urban areas are moving in the opposite direction. In recent years, there have been significant changes in the appearance of Yanjing Town in Yanyuan County. However, the phenomenon of population outflow remains severe. Most young people prefer to work in big cities rather than utilizing their skills at home, resulting in a large amount of surplus labor flowing into cities, causing serious loss of human resources. Based on the results of an online questionnaire survey, this article analyzes the reasons for the loss of human resources in Yanjing Town, Yanyuan County from four perspectives: unclear concepts, insufficient employment opportunities, inadequate facilities, and unscientific mechanisms. Finally, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for rectification from four aspects: promoting the concept and importance of "human resources", vigorously developing the economy to expand employment, improving relevant infrastructure facilities, and establishing sound and scientific employment mechanisms.
