커플 및 가족치료에서의 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 적용을 위한 연구 방법 논의

A Discussion of the Research Methods for the Application of Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis in Couple and Family Therapy

커플 및 가족치료 분야에서 근거기반실천(EBP)에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있음에도 이를 뒷받침할 과학적 근거가 부족하다. 본 연구는 이를 보완하기 위해 임상현장에서 EBP를 적용하기 위한 과학적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 커플 및 가족치료에서 EBP의 적용 가능성을 탐구하고, 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석 방법을 활용하여 이를 실천적으로 구현가능한 과학적 토대를 마련하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 EBP의 5A 과정(질문하기, 획득하기, 평가하기, 적용하기, 분석 및 조정하기)을 바탕으로, 커플 및 가족치료에 관한 기존 문헌을 평가하기 위해 체계적 문헌고찰의 13단계 과정을 통합하여 제시한다. 이를 통해 개별연구들의 질을 과학적으로 평가하고, 선정된 문헌들을 메타분석을 활용해 다양한 개입의 효과 크기를 통계적으로 분석하며, GRADE 평가를 통해 치료개입의 효과성을 확인하고 평가한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 다양한 치료개입의 효과를 과학적이고 객관적으로 평가하여 커플 및 가족치료에서 가장 적합한 치료개입을 선택할 수 있는 체계적이고 객관적인 절차를 제시한다. 본 연구는 EBP를 커플 및 가족치료에 적용하기 위한 명확한 방법론을 제시하고, 치료적 개입에 대한 과학적 엄밀성과 실천적 적용가능성을 강화하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 후속연구를 통해 실천 현장에서 실제로 적용한 결과들을 연구하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: This study aims to strengthen the scientific foundation of evidence-based practice (EBP) in couple and family therapy by presenting a novel clinical application framework tailored for this field. It emphasizes the use of systematic review and meta-analysis to develop a practical and reliable implementation process. Methods: The study adopts the 5A framework of EBP (Ask, Acquire, Appraise, Apply, Analyze/Adjust) and integrates a detailed 13-step systematic review process, synthesizing existing evidence to guide clinical interventions. Meta-analyses were conducted to determine intervention effect sizes, and GRADE evaluation confirmed the reliability and effectiveness of treatments. Results: The findings establish a robust framework to identify and implement the most effective interventions in couple and family therapy, providing evidence-based precision in treatment planning and enhancing decision-making processes for practitioners. Conclusion: This study proposes a clear and replicable methodology for integrating EBP into clinical practice, promoting both theoretical advancement and practical utility. Future research should focus on piloting these methods in diverse clinical settings to further validate their application.
