특수교육전공 대학생의 진로소명이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과

The Effect of Career Calling on Career Preparation Behavior of College Students Majoring in Special Education: The Mediating Effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy

본 연구는 특수교육전공 대학생들의 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동간의 관계를 알아보고 진로소명과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G지역의 특수교육전공 대학생 274명의 자료를 분석하였고, 검증을 위해 SPSS와 Hayes (2017)의 Process Macro을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 특수교육전공 대학생의 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동은 유의한 정적 관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 특수교육전공 대학생의 진로소명이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정자기효능감은 유의한 간접효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 특수교육전공 대학생들의 효과적인 진로지도를 위한 제안점과 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among career calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior of college students majoring in special education and to verify the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relationship between career calling and career preparation behavior. For this purpose, data of 274 college students majoring in special education in G region were analyzed, and SPSS and Process Macro of Hayes (2017) were used for verification. The results of this study are as follows: First, career calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior of college students majoring in special education showed a significant positive relationship. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy had a significant indirect effect on the effect of career calling on career preparation behavior of special education students. Based on these findings, this study discussed suggestions and implications for effective career guidance for special education students.
