본 연구는 VOSviewer를 활용하여 2011년부터 2024년까지 재활심리연구에 게재된 총 476편의 논문들의 서지정보를 계량서지학적으로 분석한 것이다. 이를 통해 국내 재활심리 분야의 대표적인 학술지인 재활심리연구에 게재된 논문들에 대해 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 국내 재활심리의 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 2011년부터 2024년까지 전체 기간의 논문들에서 공감능력, 연구동향, 사회적 지지, 사회불안, 마음챙김, 자기자비, 자기효능감, 청소년, 삶의 질, 외상 후 성장, 대학생, 자아탄력성, 성인애착, 삶의 만족도 등이 고빈도 키워드로 출현하였다. 둘째, 전반기(2011～2017) 7년간의 논문들에서는 사회적 지지, 자아존중감, 청소년, 문제행동, 부모양육태도, 우울, 노인 등의 키워드가 고빈도로 출현한 반면, 후반기(2018～2024) 7년 동안에는 우울, 정서조절곤란, 내면화된 수치심, 사회불안, 성인애착, 외상 후 성장, 타당화, 대학생, 자기효능감 등이 고빈도 키워드로 나타났다. 특히 전․후반기 모두에서 지속적으로 높은 출현빈도를 보이는 키워드는 ‘우울’이었다. 이는 ‘우울’이 국내 재활심리연구의 주요 연구 주제임을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 계량서지학적 분석 도구 중의 하나인 VOSviewer를 활용하여 키워드의 출현빈도 및 동시출현빈도 분석을 통해 재활심리연구의 연구 동향 분석을 시도한 첫 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다.
This study conducted a quantitative bibliographic analysis of 476 papers published in The Korean Journal of Rehabilitation Psychology from 2011 to 2024, using data extracted from the Korean Journal Citation Index (KCI) database. A keyword network analysis was conducted to explore research trends in The Korean Journal of Rehabilitation Psychology, a flagship academic journal in the field of rehabilitation psychology in Korea. The findings were as follows: First, keywords such as empathy, research trends, social support, social anxiety, mindfulness, self-compassion, self-efficacy, adolescents, quality of life, post-traumatic growth, college students, self-resilience, adult attachment, and life satisfaction appeared frequently across the entire period (2011-2024). Second, a temporal comparison revealed differences in research focus: between 2011 and 2017, keywords such as social support, self-esteem, adolescents, problem behavior, parenting attitudes, depression, and the elderly were prominent. From 2018 to 2024, frequent keywords included depression, emotional dysregulation, internalized shame, social anxiety, adult attachment, post-traumatic growth, validation, college students, and self-efficacy. Notably, depression consistently emerged as a high frequency keyword across both time periods, underscoring its significance as a central research topic in rehabilitation psychology in Korea. This study is among the first to analyze research trends in The Korean Journal of Rehabilitation Psychology using VOSviewer, a modern tool for quantitative bibliographic analysis. By examining the frequency and co-occurrence of keywords, this research provides valuable insights into the evolving focus of rehabilitation psychology scholarship in Korea.
