가족 간병인을 위한 작업-기반 간병재활교육 프로그램 효과: 단일사례연구

The Effects of Occupation-Based Rehabilitation Education Program(OCRTP) for Family Caregivers: A Single Case Study

목적 : 작업치료사는 환자의 독립을 위해 보호자 또는 간병인에게 실질적인 교육을 시행하는 전문가이지만, 이에 대한 연구가 미비한 실정이며, 중재를 적용한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 작업치료 고유의 작업-기반 간병재활교육 프로그램의 효과성을 제시함으로써 국내 작업치료사들이 제공할 수 있는 작업치료 중재를 위한 기반을 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2024년 2월부터 10월 8개월 진행하였으며, 대상자는 부산, 양산, 김해에서 가족을 간병하고 있는 가족 보호자 4명이다. 실험은 ABAB 반전설계로 진행되었으며 총 32회기에 걸쳐 시행되었다. 연구결과 : 대상자 모두 돌봄 경험 만족 척도, 부양 만족도 척도, 부양 부담 척도, 스트레스 대처전략에 대한 기초선과 중재선을 확인한 결과 작업-기반 간병재활 교육프로그램을 수행한 대상자들에게서 중재의 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 : 작업-기반 간병재활교육 프로그램은 가족을 간병하는 가족 간병인의 돌봄과 부양 심리적 요인의 효과적인 작업치료 중재방안임을 확인하고, 보호자의 신체적, 정신적 안정을 도모하는데 많은 도움이 되는 프로그램이라고 예상된다.

Objective : Occupational therapists are professionals who provide practical education to guardians or caregivers to help patients become independent, but research on this is lacking and studies on applying interventions are insufficient. By presenting the effectiveness of an occupation-based Care rehabilitation education program, we aim to provide a foundation for occupational therapy interventions that can be provided by domestic occupational therapists. Methods : This study was conducted for 8 months from February to October 2024, and the subjects were 4 family caregivers who were caring for their family members in Busan, Yangsan, and Gimhae. The experiment was conducted in an ABAB reversal design and was conducted over a total of 32 sessions. Results : As a result of confirming the baseline and intervention lines for the care experience satisfaction scale, caregiver satisfaction scale, caregiver burden scale, and stress coping strategies for all subjects, it was confirmed that the intervention was effective for subjects who completed the occupation-based caregiving rehabilitation education program. Conclusion : The occupation-based caregiving rehabilitation education program is expected to be an effective occupational therapy intervention for the psychological factors of caregiving and support in family caregivers who care for their families, and will be a very helpful program in promoting the physical and mental stability of caregivers.
