아버지 대상 가족친화제도에 관한 연구 동향

Research trends in family-friendly initiatives focusing on fathers

본 연구는 남성의 돌봄 참여가 증가하는 현 시점에서 아버지 대상 가족친화제도에 관한 연구 동향을고찰하였다. 이를 통해 기존 연구의 한계를 분석하고, 더욱 실효성 있는 가족친화제도 수립을 위한 다각적인연구 방안을 모색하였다. 연구 방법으로는 2006년부터 2024년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 아버지 대상 가족친화제도 관련 연구를 대상으로 연구 시기, 방법, 주제에 따른 동향을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 저출산고령사회위원회의 기본계획이 1차에서 4차로 진행됨에 따라 관련 연구의 수가 크게 증가하였다. 연구 방법별로는양적 연구가 가장 많았으며, 문헌 연구, 질적 연구, 혼합 연구 순으로 나타났다. 연구 주제로는 가족친화제도의현황과 경험에 관한 연구가 가장 많았고, 이어서 국내외 정책 비교, 가족친화제도의 영향, 그리고 제도에대한 인식 및 요구 순으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 아버지 대상 가족친화제도가 아버지의양육 참여와 일-가정 양립을 향상시키기 위한 제도로 발전하는데 기여하는 기초자료가 되기를 기대된다.

This study examined the trends in research on family-friendly policies targeting fathers at a time when men's participation in caregiving is increasing. By analyzing the limitations of existing research and exploring multifaceted research approaches, it aimed to establish more effective family-friendly policies. The study systematically analyzed trends in research on family-friendly policies for fathers in domestic academic journals from 2006 to 2024, focusing on research periods, methods, and themes. First, the number of research papers significantly increased from the 1st to the 4th Basic Plan of the Presidential Committee on Ageing Society and Population Policy. Second, quantitative research was the most common method, followed by literature review, qualitative research, and mixed methods. Third, studies on the current status and experiences of family-friendly policies were most prevalent, followed by domestic and international policy comparisons, the impact of family-friendly policies, and perceptions and demands for such policies. At this juncture, as research on family-friendly policies for fathers is being strengthened and expanded, analyzing these policies through multifaceted research can lead to more effective policy improvements to enhance fathers' participation in child-rearing and work-family balance.
