Purpose: This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between e-health literacy and successful aging among older adults aged 65 and older. Methods: We conducted an online survey with 132 seniors, analyzing the data using SPSS 27.0. The analysis included descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé tests, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. We further analyzed the mediating effect of social support using Model 4 of the SPSS PROCESS Macro. Results: E-health literacy significantly affects social support, which, in turn, significantly affects successful aging. Additionally, social support partially mediates the relationship between e-health literacy and successful aging. Conclusion: Based on these findings, we recommend further research to develop and validate programs that enhance e-health literacy and social support to promote successful aging.
