전통 윤리사상에 관한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 : ADDIE 모형과 『논어(論語)』를 중심으로

Development of a teacher education program on traditional ethics: Focusing on the ADDIE model and the Analects of Confucius

본 연구의 목적은 궁극적으로 전통 윤리사상에 관한 오해나 편견 등 부정적인 인식을 개선하기 위한 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 현재 교사를 대상으로 실시하는 전통 윤리사상에 관한 인식개선용 교육 프로그램은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이 같은 상황에서 본 연구는 교사교육 프로그램 개발을 통해 나름의 해결 방안을 제안하고자 하며, 동시에 전통 윤리사상에 대한 교육적 필요성 및 활용성을 제고해 보고자 한다. 이상의 목적 달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 ADDIE 모형의 방법과 『논어(論語)』의 내용을 중심으로 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이 프로그램이 전통 윤리사상에 관한 교사의 인식개선과 교육적 활용성의 측면에서 긍정적인 시사점을 지니고 있음을 드러내었다. 전통 윤리사상에 관한 다양한 교사교육 프로그램의 마련으로 우리의 전통에 대한 편견이나 곡해가 사라질 수 있기를 고대한다.

This study aimed to develop a teacher education program for traditional ethics. This is because programs aimed at improving teachers’ awareness of traditional ethical ideas are currently insufficient. For this reason, this study seeks to find a solution through a teacher education program to improve teachers’ perceptions such as misunderstandings and prejudices about traditional ethics. In addition, this study examines the educational usability of traditional ethics through this process. For this purpose, this study developed a teacher education program centered on the method of the ADDIE model and the contents of the Analects of Confucius(論語), and suggested that this program has positive implications for improving teachers’ awareness and educational usability. It is expected that the process of prejudice and misunderstanding of traditions will improve through the establishment of various teacher education programs on traditional ethics.
