다음세대 사역의 세대통합 담론에 관한 선교신학적 고찰

Study in Theology of Mission on Inter-generational Discourse of Next-generation Ministry

오늘날 다음세대 사역에 관한 세대통합 담론은 그 주된 선교신학적 방점이 구심적 선교(centripetal mission)에 머무는 경향을 보인다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한문제를 해소하고 총체적 선교를 회복하고자 세대통합 담론의 성서적 배경과 주요실천적 이슈를 고찰하고 ‘문화적 선포 공동체’를 세대통합 담론의 선교신학적 지향점으로 제안한다. 그 핵심 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세대통합 담론의 문제와 한계로 1) 선교신학적 방향성 부재, 2) 통전적 선교를 위한 적극적인 상황(context)인식부족, 3) 공공신학적 이중언어능력 부족을 지적한다. 둘째, 이에 대한 선교신학적제언의 핵심으로 1) 교회교육의 선포성 강화, 2) 가정제자화 개념의 선교적 전환, 3) 온세대적 선포 중심의 예배, 4) 디지털 미디어의 온세대적 활용을 제시한다.

Inter-generation discourse on next-generation ministry in today tends to focus primarily on centripetal mission as its main theological emphasis. Therefore, this study seeks to address this issue and restore a holistic approach to mission by exploring the biblical background and key practical issues of integrative generational discourse, and proposes a “cultural proclamation community” as its theological orientation. The core content is as follows: First, it points out the issues and limitations of generational integration discourse, including 1) the absence of a clear missiological direction, 2) insufficient proactive contextual awareness for holistic mission, and 3) a lack of public theological bilingual ability. Second, the key theological proposals include 1) strengthening the proclamation aspect of church education, 2) a missional transformation of the concept of family discipleship, 3) worship focused on intergenerational proclamation, and 4) intergenerational use of digital media.
