보육교사를 위한 게이미피케이션기반 아동학대예방 프로그램 개발 및 효과

Development and effectiveness a gamification-based child abuse prevention program for childcare teachers

본 연구는 아동의 존엄성과 권리를 침해하는 아동학대를 예방하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 먼저, 게이미피케이션기반 아동학대예방 프로그램을 개발하고, 다음으로 이를 시범운영을 통해 프로그램 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 참여자는 C 자치 시 어린이집 원장 및 보육교사 40명을 무선표집 하여 실험집단과 비교집단으로 각각 20명씩 선정하였다. 연구의 도구는 아동학대 인식(김지윤, 2000) 조사 도구와 인성 자기 평가(전재선, 2010) 조사 도구를 이용해 5점 리커트 척도 방법으로 사전·사후검사 하였다. 데이터 분석 방법은 SPSS(ver. 25) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, 다변인공변량분석(MANCOVA) 하였다. 연구의 결과로 첫째, 재미와 흥미를 유발하는 게임 방식으로 게이미피케이션기반 아동학대예방 프로그램을 제시하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 적용 결과 실험집단이 비교집단 보다 아동학대 인식 수준과 인성 자기 평가 점수가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 본 아동학대예방 프로그램의 실행이 보육교사의 아동학대 인식 개선 및 인성 덕목을 함양하는데 흥미롭고 몰입감을 주어 긍정적인 행동 변화를 유도할 것으로 기대한다.

This study develops a program aimed at preventing child abuse and protecting the dignity and rights of children, and verifies its effectiveness. First, a gamification-based child abuse prevention program was developed, and evaluated its effectiveness through a pilot operation. The study participants were randomly selected from 40 daycare center directors and teachers in Autonomous City C, and 20 people each were selected as the experimental group and comparison group. The research tools used were a child abuse awareness survey tool and a personality self-assessment survey tool, and pre- and post-tests conducted using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis method was mean, standard deviation, and multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) using the SPSS (ver. 25) statistical program. The results of the study are as follows: First, the gamification-based child abuse prevention program was developed using engaging and interactive game-based methods. Second, as a result of applying the program, the experimental group showed a higher level of child abuse awareness and personality self-evaluation score than the comparison group. it is anticipated that implementing this child abuse prevention program will be engaging and immersive. in improving child care teachers' awareness of child abuse and cultivating character virtues, leading to positive behavioral changes.
