우리동네키움센터 종사자의 서비스 품질이 이용 아동 양육자의 서비스 효과성을 매개하여 관계 성과에 미치는 영향

The impact of the service quality of our neighborhood kiwoom center workers on relationship outcomes through the mediation of service effectiveness for caregivers of children using the service

본 연구의 목적은 우리동네키움센터 종사자의 서비스 품질과 이용아동 양육자의 관계 성과의 관계에서 서비스 효과성의 매개효과를 검증하고, 이를 토대로 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 진행을 위해 서울지역 우리동네키움센터 종사자 125명, 이용아동 양육자 125명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel-test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 서비스 품질에 대한 우리동네키움센터 종사자 집단의 경우, 결혼 여부, 직급, 고용상태에서 통계적으로 유의미한 집단 간 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 우리동네키움센터 종사자의 서비스 품질과 이용 아동 양육자의 관계 성과의 관계에서 서비스 효과성의 직접 매개효과가 나타났다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 종사자의 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 고용 및 근로환경 개선을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of service effectiveness in the relationship between the service quality provided by workers at the Our Neighborhood Kiwoom Center and the relationship between the caregivers of children using the service, and to suggest policy implications based on this. To conduct the study, a survey was administered to 125 workers at the Our Neighborhood Kiwoom Center in Seoul and 125 caregivers of children using the service. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 to analyze descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, and multiple regressions. A Sobel test was conducted to analyze and verify the mediation effect. The research results are as follows. first. In the case of the employees at Our Neighborhood Kiwoom Center regarding service quality, statistically significant differences were found between groups based on marital status, rank, and employment status. Second, the correlation between the service quality of workers, the effectiveness of caregivers of children using the children, and the relationship performance of the caregivers of children using the children all showed a significant positive (+) relationship. Third, a direct mediating effect of service effectiveness was found in the relationship between the service quality of Our Neighborhood Kiwoom Center workers and the relationship between the caregivers of children using the service. Based on these findings, suggestions were presented to improve the quality of service for workers.
