초등학생의 신체적 자아상과, 그릿, 공동체 의식, 학교 적응간의 구조적 관계

Structural Relationship between Physical Self-Image, Grit, Community Consciousness, and School Adaptation of Elementary School Students

본 연구는 초등학생의 신체적 자아상, 그릿, 공동체 의식, 학교 적응간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 연구를 달성하기 위해 한국아동성장발달 종단연구를 사용하여 초등학교 6학년 1,397명을 대상으로 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0와 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 신체적 자아상과 학교 적응은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 그릿과 학교 적응은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체 의식과 학교 적응은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 자아상은 공동체 의식을 경유하여 학교 적응에 유의한 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, 그릿은 공동체 의식을 경유하여 학교 적응에 유의한 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로초등학생의 학교 적응에 대한 효과적인 개입방안에 대한 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between elementary school students' physical self-image, grit, community consciousness, and school adaptation. In order to achieve the study, 1,397 6th graders of elementary school were analyzed using the Korean Child Growth and Development Longitudinal Study. Analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a positive correlation between physical self-image and school adaptation. Second, it was found that there was a positive correlation with grit and school adaptation. Third, it was found that there was a positive correlation with community consciousness and school adaptation. Fourth, it was confirmed that the physical self-image had a significant indirect effect on school adaptation through a sense of community. Fifth, it was confirmed that grit had a significant indirect effect on school adaptation through a sense of community. Based on these research results, I would like to present implications for effective intervention measures for school adaptation of elementary school students.
