비대면상담에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석: 학술지 논문에 대한 텍스트마이닝을 중심으로

Research Trends on Non Face-to-face Counseling Using Text Mining

비대면상담은 시간과 공간의 제약을 극복하고 독특한 상담 효과를 구현한다는 기대 속에 관심이 높아지고있다. 이에 본 연구는 비대면상담을 주제로 수행된 국내 학술지 논문을 대상으로 텍스트마이닝을 실시하여 연구동향을 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문은 2002년부터 확인이 되었으며, 총 369편의 논문이 분석에 활용되었다. 첫째, TF와 TF-IDF 결과에서 ‘화상상담’, ‘상담자’, ‘경험’등은 비대면상담 연구의 특성을 보여주는주요 단어로 확인되었다. 둘째, 수집된 문서들에 대한 토픽모델링을 실시하고 총 7개 토픽을 도출하였다. 각토픽은 ‘화상상담 중심의 상담자 경험 이해(토픽1)’, ‘치료·회복을 위한 상담 방법 모색(토픽2)’, ‘심리적 건강 문제의 해결(토픽3)’, ‘전화상담 중심의 결과 분석(토픽4)’, ‘상담 경험과 효과 검증(토픽5)’, ‘교육과 연관된 상담의 기초 연구(토픽6)’, ‘사이버상담의 관리와 개선(토픽7)’으로 명명하였다. 셋째, 도출된 토픽이 시간의 경과에 따라 어떠한 변화를 보이는지 확인하기 위하여 시계열 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 토픽1, 토픽3, 토픽5, 토픽6, 토픽7의 회귀계수가 유의하지 않아 중립 토픽으로 분류되었다. 연구 결과를 종합하여, 비대면상담 관련 용어 정리, 비대면상담 유형별 세부 주제 연구, 주제 발굴과 타 영역과의 교류 연구 등 향후상담 분야 연구에서의 방향성을 제안하였다.

This study conducted text mining on domestic journal articles focused on non face-to-face counseling to analyze research trends. Articles from domestic journals have been identified since 2002, and a total of 369 papers were used for analysis. First, in the results of TF and TF-IDF, keywords such as 'video counseling,' 'counselor,' and 'experience' were identified as key terms that represent the characteristics of non face-to-face counseling research. Second, topic modeling was conducted on the collected documents, resulting in the extraction of seven topics. These topics were named: 'Understanding Counselor Experiences in Video Counseling (Topic 1),' 'Exploring Counseling Methods for Treatment and Recovery (Topic 2),' 'Resolving Psychological Health Issues (Topic 3),' 'Analysis of Outcomes in Telephone Counseling (Topic 4),' 'Verification of Counseling Experiences and Effects (Topic 5),' 'Basic Research on Counseling Related to Education (Topic 6),' and 'Management and Improvement of Cyber Counseling (Topic 7).' Third, a time series regression analysis was performed to examine how the derived topics change over time. Topics 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7 were classified as neutral topics since their regression coefficients were not significant. Based on the comprehensive results, the study suggests future directions in the counseling field, including the organization of terms related to non face-to-face counseling, detailed thematic research by type, exploration of new topics, and research exchange with other areas.
