학생프로골프선수 지도경험에 관한 자문화기술지

An Autoethnography on the Teaching Experience of a Student-Professional Golfer

이 글은 대학 학생프로골프선수를 지도하는 과정에서 겪은 교수자의 경험을 자문화기술지를 통해 이야기하고자 하였다. 연구를 진행한 결과, 학생프로골프선수들을 지도하는 경험을 통해 연구자는 과거의 나와 현재의 나를 비교하는 과정에서 많은 내적 고민을 하면서 스스로 반성하는 시간을 가졌고, 이들을 지도하는 부분에 있어 많은 변화과정을 겪었다. 첫째, 골프지도방식의 변화이다. 학생프로골프선수들은 다른 골프지도자의 지도방식과 나의 지도방식이 서로 다른 점을 느끼면서 어떤 것을 받아들여야 하는지에 대한 혼동의 시간을 보냈다. 이런 과정에서 내가 가진 지도방식을 되돌아보게 되었고, 나의 지도방식을 학생중심으로 변화시키려고 노력하였다. 둘째, 학업지도방식의 변화이다. 나는 골프운동만 하던 학생프로골프선수들에게 골프에 필요한 기초지식과 이론적 측면이 필요하다는 것을 강조하였다. 이들을 위해 기존의 강의방식이 아닌 다른 형태의 강의방식으로 변경하면서 공부하는 학생프로골프선수를 만들기 위해 노력하는 모습으로 변화하였다. 셋째, 진로상담의 변화를 경험이다. 상담을 진행하면서 학생프로골프선수들은 골프의 지속여부에 따른 고민이 많다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이런 고민들을 같이 해결하고자 집중하면서 이들에게 교육적 의미와 가치를 알려주는 진로상담을 하려고 노력하였다. 이 글을 통해 나는 학생프로골프선수 지도경험을 통해 얻은 경험과 체험을 통해 한국골프사회와 문화를 알아보는 계기를 만들고자 하였다. 이러한 경험과 체험의 공유는 골프강국 한국을 보다 나은 골프선진국으로 나아가기를 바라는 노력의 한 부분이다. The purpose of this study is to describe the experiences of professors who experienced the process of instructing a college student-professional golfer through an autoethnography. I am a researcher and a research participant, and my daily life becomes a field of study. The results of this study are, first, is the change in the golf teaching method. I watched the confusion between the other golf instructors’ teaching methods and my teaching methods. In this process, I came to look back on my teaching method. Also I tried to change my teaching method to be student-centered. Second, is a change in the academic guidance method. They need basic knowledge and golf theories necessary for student-professional golfer. For them, I was changed to a different type of teaching method than the existing teaching method. And I try to make a student-professional golfer to study. Third, experience changes in career counseling. As I went through the consultation, I found out that student-professional golfer has a lot of time to worry about whether or not golf continues. I understand student-professional golfer from a professional golfer's point of view. And I was able to see myself changing into career counseling, including educational meaning and values. I wanted to get an opportunity to learn the Korean golf society and culture through the experiences gained through the experience of teaching professional golf players.
