디지털실천역량 함양을 위한 고등학교 가정교과 메타버스 플랫폼 기반 의생활 교육안 개발 및 효과

Development and Effect of a Metaverse Platform-Based Clothing Education Plan for High School Home Economics to Foster Digital Practice Competency

본 연구는 미래 사회를 살아가는 학생들이 디지털실천역량을 함양할 수 있도록 메타버스 플랫폼 기반 고등학교 가정교과 의생활 교육안을 개발하고, 실제 수업에 적용하여 해당 교육안이 고등학생의 디지털실천역량 함양에 미치는 효과를 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 ADDIE 교수 설계 모형을 적용하여 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계를 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 2015 개정 및 2022 개정 가정교과 교육과정의 디지털실천역량 관련 내용을 분석하고, 고등학교 「기술⋅ 가정」 교과서의 의생활 영역을 중심으로 학습자료에 반영된 디지털실천역량에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 디지털실천역량 함양을 위한 ‘전통-현재-미래를 잇는 메타패션 프로젝트’를 주제로 디지털실천역량 함양을 위한 메타버스 플랫폼 기반 의생활 교육안을 개발하였다. 학습자들이 전통문화에 대한 문화감수성을 바탕으로 현재와 미래를 통찰하는 태도를 갖고 디지털 사회 구성원으로서 자주적인 삶을 살아나갈 수 있도록 총 8차시의 교육안을 구성하였다. 모든 차시에 메타버스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 디지털실천역량을 함양할 수 있도록 학습내용을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육안에 대한 전문가 타당도 평가를 실시하여 내용 적절성, 실행 가능성, 유용성, 효과성을 검증받았다. 개발된 메타버스 플랫폼 기반 의생활 교육안을 충청남도 천안시 소재 J 고등학교 1학년 총 420명의 학생을 대상으로 기술⋅가정 수업에 적용하였다. 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 274명의 사전⋅사후 검사를 실시한 결과, 개발된 교육안이 고등학생의 디지털실천역량을 함양하는 데 유의미한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 삶 중심 교과이며 실천적 생활 교과의 특성을 띠고 있는 가정교과의 특성을 반영하여 미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들의 디지털실천역량을 길러줄 수 있다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 나아가 가정교과가 미래를 대비하는 학교 교육으로서의 역할을 수행함에 있어 본 연구가 도움이 되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Metaverse platform-based high school home economics education plan and evaluate its effectiveness so that students living in the future society can develop digital competence. The ADDIE design model was used for this study. The study analyzed the contents related to digital competence in both the 2015 and 2022 revised curricula, as well as the digital competence reflected in high school 「Technology⋅Home Economics」 textbooks. Based on this, a ‘Metaverse fashion project education plan linking past, present, and future’ was developed and implemented for 420 first-year students at J high school A in Cheonan City. An expert validity evaluation and pre-and post-tests with 274 of these students were conducted. The results revealed that the educational plan had a significant effect on fostering digital practical competence in high school students. Based on the above research results, it is meaningful that the developed educational plan can build the digital practical competence of students who will live in the future society by reflecting the characteristics of home economics subjects that are life-oriented and practical. Furthermore, it is expected that this study will be helpful in playing a role in school education in preparation for the future.
