이 글은 근래에 학교 현장에서 미래형 교육을 실현하기 위한 방안 가운데 하나로서 추진되고 있는 맞춤형 교육의 개념을 새롭게 해석하고 그것을 적절히 실현하려면 어떻게 접근해야 하는지 예시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교육부는 2022 개정교육과정을 통하여 현재 학교에서 일반적으로 이루어지고 있는 기성복형의 교육의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 맞춤형 교육을 강조하고 있다. 그 일환으로서 각 학교가 지역과 학생의 실정을 고려하여 학교교과목을 개발하도록 함으로써 맞춤형 교육을 실현하고자 한다. 그러나 그것은 또 하나의 기성복형 교육이 될 뿐이다. 맞춤형 교육은 교원이 학생에게 교육과정이나 교재를 맞추어 주는 교육이 아니라 교원이 학생과 상호작용하는 과정을 통해서 함께 맞추어가는 교육이다. 이런 교육을 실현하려면 교원이 각 학생의 고유한 특성을 이해할 수 있어야 하며, 그것을 고려하여 학생이 스스로 교과의 안목을 형성할 수 있도록 적절히 상호작용할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 그에 앞서 적절한 연수의 과정을 통해서 기존 기성복형 교육의 문제점을 스스로 인식할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그것을 가능하게 하는 방법 가운데 하나가 레빈의 실천탐구 방법을 응용한 아이의 눈으로 실천탐구 워크숍이다. 현장의 교원이 이 워크숍의 과정을 통해서 실천탐구 방법을 익히게 되면 기존의 기성복형 교육의 문제점을 자각하고 학생 각각에 알맞은 교육의 방법을 모색하고 실천할 수 있게 될 것이다. As part of this, they intend to realize customized education by allowing each school to develop a school subject in consideration of the local and student circumstances. However, it is only another ready-made education. Customized education is not an education that teachers tailor a curriculum or textbook to students, but an education that teachers interact with students to generate a curriculum. In order to realize this education, teachers must be able to understand the unique characteristics of each student, and in consideration of it, they must be able to interact appropriately so that students can form a subject's perspective. And prior to that, it is necessary to be able to recognize the problems of existing ready-made education through an appropriate training process. One of the ways to make it possible is the practice inquiry with pupil's perspective workshop, which applies Lewin's practical studies method. When school teachers learn the practice inquiry through this workshop process, they will be able to become aware of the problems of existing ready-made education and will be able to find and practice appropriate educational methods for each student.
