This study attempted to examine the difficulties faced by students who did not want to become teachers in universities of teacher's education, and the needs and needs of students. For this purpose, a focus group interview was conducted. The results are as follows. First, it was found that the program for students who did not want to become a teacher was satisfied but wanted to be provided with information related to employment for a job. It is necessary to present a systematic support roadmap for students thinking of general employment. Second, there is a lack of support for students who do not want to become teachers. First of all, it is necessary to improve the perception of students who want to enter a career, not a teacher. In addition, various programs are required to help students find careers and employment. Third, it is necessary to provide various career classes to students who do not want to become teachers so that they can choose a new career.
