교육서비스품질이 관계품질 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - HiVE 교육프로그램에 참여하는 성인학습자를 대상으로 -

The Influence of Education Service Quality on Relationship Quality and Behavioral Intention - Focusing on Adult Learners Participating in the HiVE Education Program -

본 연구는 HiVE(Higher Vocational Education hub district, 고등직업교육 거점지구 사업 프로그램)에 참여하는 성인학습자를 대상으로 교육서비스품질이 관계품질 및 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 실제 HiVE 교육프로그램에 참여하고 있는 경기도소재 K 대학교의 성인학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교육서비스 품질인 신뢰성, 확신성, 내용성 요인이 관계품질의 신뢰, 만족 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질인 확신성, 유형성, 내용성 요인이 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계품질인 신뢰, 만족 모두 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 평생교육 패러다임 변화 속에 효과적인 성인교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 지역 전문 인력을 양성하기 위한 평생교육 방향성을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze how the quality of educational services impacts relationship quality and behavioral intentions among adult learners participating in the Higher Vocational Education hub district (HiVE) program. To achieve this, a survey was conducted targeting adult learners enrolled in the HiVE program at K University, located in Gyeonggi Province. The findings of the study are as follows: First, it was confirmed that factors of educational service quality, such as reliability, assurance, and content, have a significant effect on the relationship quality factors of trust and satisfaction. Second, educational service quality factors, including assurance, tangibility, and content, were found to significantly influence behavioral intentions. Third, both relationship quality factors of trust and satisfaction significantly impacted behavioral intentions. Based on these results, this study provides foundational data necessary for the development and operation of effective adult education programs amid the evolving paradigm of lifelong learning. It also offers direction for lifelong education to cultivate regional professional talent.
