대학정보공시의 이용자 만족도 및 활용 경험 분석

Analysis of User Satisfaction and Experience with University Information Disclosure

본 연구는 대학정보공시의 이용자 만족도 및 활용 경험을 분석하여 대학알리미의 개선 방안을 도출하고자 했다. 이를 위해서 대학알리미 사이트를 방문한 대학 교원, 대학 직원, 고교 교사, 학부모, 대학(원)생, 고등학생을 대상으로 총 1,638명의 설문조사와 6명의 초점집단면담(FGI)을 실시하였다. 설문조사 주요 결과를 보면, 우선 대학정보공시의 이용자 만족도 분석에서는 종합적인 만족도는 4.13으로 어느 정도 안정적이지만 대학알리미 사이트 이용과정 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났고, 이 중에서도 모바일에서의 사용 용이성 항목이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 집단별 만족도 수준은 대학(원)생 3.67과 고등학생 4.05로 상대적으로 낮았다. 활용 면담 결과는 응답자의 특성을 고려한 검색 기능 개선, 이용자 편의를 위한 홈페이지 개선, 검색자료 제시 방식 개선, 학부모/학생의 접근성 확대 조치 등이 필요함을 도출하였다. 이상의 내용을 종합한 개선 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육수요자별 맞춤형 정보 제공을 위한 화면을 구성할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 대학정보공시 자료 간 연계성을 강화하고, 다운로드 방식을 고도화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 생성형 AI와 연계한 대학알리미 정보 검색 기능을 강화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 대학정보공시의 분석적 시각화와 가독성을 높일 수 있도록 개선할 필요가 있다.

This study aimed to analyze user satisfaction and experience with university information disclosure through the Higher Education in Korea service website, and to propose improvement strategies. A survey of 1,638 participants—including university faculty, staff, high school teachers, parents, graduate students, and high school students—who had visited the Higher Education in Korea service website, interviews were conducted with six participants. Key survey findings revealed an overall satisfaction score of 4.13, indicating a reasonably stable level of satisfaction. However, satisfaction with the website's usability was the lowest, particularly concerning mobile usability. Among user groups, graduate students (3.67) and high school students (4.05) reported significantly lower satisfaction levels. Focus group interviews highlighted the need for improvements such as: a refined search function tailored to individual user needs; website enhancements for improved user experience; optimized presentation of search results; and measures to increase accessibility for parents and students. Based on these findings, the following policy recommendations are proposed: First, the Higher Education in Korea service website's structure should be customized to provide information tailored to the needs of different educational stakeholders. Second, the interconnectivity of university information disclosure data should be strengthened, and download methods should be improved. Third, the Higher Education in Korea service information search function should be enhanced by integrating generative AI. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the analytical visualization and readability of university information disclosure.
