대학생의 창의력(융･복합 능력) 증진을 위한 교수-학습 요인의 구조적 관계 탐구

Exploring the Structural Relationships of Teaching and Learning Factors for Enhancing University Students' Creativity and Convergence Abilities

본 연구는 대학생의 창의력(융･복합 능력) 증진을 위한 교수-학습 요인의 구조적 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육종단연구 2005 11차(2018년) 자료를 활용하여 각 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 구조 방정식 모델(SEM)로 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 교수의 학습자 중심 수업의 실행, 학생 개인의 능동적･창의적 학습 과정, 학생의 학습자 중심 수업에 대한 참여는 창의력(융･복합 능력)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교수의 학습자 중심 수업의 실행은 학생 개인의 능동적･창의적 학습 과정과 학생의 학습자 중심 수업 활동에 대한 참여에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 학생 개인의 능동적･창의적 학습 과정은 학생의 학습자 중심 수업 활동에 대한 참여에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생의 창의력(융･복합 능력)을 증진하기 위해 학습자 중심의 교수법의 실행과 학생 개인의 능동적･창의적 학습 과정, 그리고 적극적인 수업 활동 참여의 필요성을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 창의･융합 역량 개발을 위한 교육적 시사점을 제공한다. 다만, 본 연구는 변수의 제한성과 자기 보고식 설문 응답이라는 한계가 있으며, 후속 연구에서는 더 다양한 변인을 고려하고 보다 포괄적인 접근이 요구된다.

This study explored the structural relationships among teaching and learning factors to enhance university students' creativity (convergence ability). Using data from the 11th wave (2018) of the Korean Education Longitudinal Study (KELS) 2005, structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to investigate the structural relationships among the variables. The findings revealed that the implementation of student-centered instruction, students' active and creative learning processes, and participation in student-centered classroom activities positively influenced creativity (convergence ability). Furthermore, student-centered instruction positively affected students' active and creative learning processes and their participation in classroom activities, while active and creative learning processes also positively influenced classroom participation. Based on these results, this study suggests the necessity of implementing student-centered teaching methods, fostering students' active and creative learning processes, and encouraging active classroom participation to enhance university students' creativity (convergence ability). These findings provide educational implications for developing creativity and convergence capabilities. However, this study has limitations, including restricted variables and self-reported data. Future research should consider a broader range of variables and explore more comprehensive approaches.
