느린 학습자의 자립지원을 위한 농업-예술 연계 직업전환 프로그램 성과분석

Performance Analysis of an Agriculture-Art Integrated Vocational Transition Program for Supporting the Independence of Slow Learners

본 연구는 2020년 6월부터 2023년 6월까지 3년동안 실시된 느린 학습자 맞춤형 직업개발 지원사업인 “예술농업인으로 성장하기! 경계를 허무는 아트팜 프로젝트”의 성과분석을 토대로 느린 학습자들이 사회의 구성원으로 자리매김하기 위해 필요한 구체적이고 실질적인 지원들을 모색하고 제언하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 프로그램 논리모형을 통한 성과분석과 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 효과성을 분석하는 혼합 연구방법을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 아트팜 프로젝트의 주요한 성과로는 느린 학습자 맞춤형 직업모델을 제시함으로써, 청년기 느린 학습자들의 자립과 직업개발을 위해 필요한 요소에 대해 제언할 수 있었다는 것이며, 한계점으로는 프로젝트를 원활히 진행하기 위해서는 운영인력이 충원되어야 한다는 점, 프로젝트가 보다 연속성을 가지고 진행되어야 한다는 점, 느린 학습자들의 직업을 지원할 전문인력이 확충되어야 한다는 점 등이다. 이 연구는 청년기 느린 학습자들의 직업전환과 자립을 지원하기 위해 고려되어야 할 것들에 대해 밝힘으로써, 심층적 이해를 도울 수 있었다는 데에 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 이 연구를 통해 느린 학습자들이 사회에 안정적으로 자리매김하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study aims to find and suggest concrete and practical supports needed for slow learners to establish themselves as members of society, based on the performance analysis of the “Growing as an Artistic Farmer! Art Farm Project that Breaks Boundaries”. a tailored vocational development support program for slow learners, conducted over three years from June 2020 to June 2023. To achieve this, the study utilized a mixed research method, combining performance analysis through a program logic model and effectiveness analysis through focus group interviews. The results showed that the major achievement of the Artfarm Project was proposing a tailored vocational model for slow learners, offering suggestions on the necessary elements for the independence and vocational development of young adult slow learners. The limitations identified included the need for more staff to ensure smooth operation, the necessity for the project to proceed with more continuity, and the need to expand the number of professionals supporting the vocational needs of slow learners. The significance of this study lies in providing insights into what should be considered when supporting the vocational transition and independence of young adult slow learners, contributing to a deeper understanding. It is also hoped that this research will assist slow learners in stabilizing their position in society.
