청소년의 대인 간 외상과 사회불안의 관계에서 자기체계 손상의 매개효과

The Mediating effect of Traumatized Self-System in the relationship of Adolescent Interpersonal Trauma and Social Anxiety

본 연구에서는 청소년의 대인 간 외상과 사회불안의 관계에 대해 살펴보고, 그 과정에서 자기체계 손상의 매개효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고등학교 재학생 350명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 설문지를 사용하였으며, 불성실하게 응답하거나 무응답이 많은 자료를 제외한 후 최종 320명(남학생 101명, 여학생 219명)의 응답 자료에 대해 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 대인 간 외상과 사회불안의 관계에서 자기체계 손상의 매개효과가 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 대인 간 외상의 하위 유형(정서적 학대 및 방임, 성적학대)과 사회불안의 관계에서 자기체계 손상의 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 청소년의 대인 간 외상이 사회불안에 영향을 주는 과정에서 자기체계 손상의 하위 유형(대상적 자기, 자기조절, 관계적 자기)의 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 청소년의 대인 간 외상으로 사회불안이 증가되어 있을 때 심리학적 개입과 개발의 실행을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 향후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다.

This study examined the relationship between adolescent interpersonal trauma andsocial anxiety, focusing on the mediating role of the traumatized self-system. A survey was conducted with 350 high school students using self-report questionnaires, and responses from 320 students (101 males, 219 females) were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The main results were as follows. First, the traumatized self-system was found to mediate the relationship between adolescents interpersonal trauma and social anxiety. Second, the traumatized self-system also mediated the relationship between subtypes of adolescent interpersonal trauma (emotional abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse) and social anxiety. Third, subtypes of the traumatized self-system(Me-self, self-regulation, and relational-self) mediated the effect of adolescent interpersonal trauma on social anxiety. This study provides foundational data for developing psychological interventions aimed at reducing social anxiety in adolescents with a history of interpersonal trauma. The implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
