도산 안창호 사상의 현대교육적 시사점

The Contemporary Educational Implications of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's Thought

[연구 목적] 본 연구의 목적은 도산 안창호의 사상 중 오늘날의 교육에 의미가 있는 내용을 살펴보고, 현대교육에 지니는 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. [연구 내용] 본 연구는 크게 세 개의 내용으로 구성된다. 첫째, 가정교육과 관련하여 도산의 자력주의와 인본주의, 모델링에 대해 살펴보고, 이 사상들이 현대의 가정교육에 주는 시사점에 대해 살펴본다. 둘째, 학교교육과 관련하여 일인일기(一人一技)와 점진주의, 예체능교육과 노작교육에 대해 알아보고, 이러한 사상들이 오늘날 학교교육에 남기는 시사점에 대해 탐색한다. 셋째, 사회교육과 관련하여 도산의 공동체 정신과 주인 정신에 대해 탐구하고, 오늘날의 사회교육에 어떤 시사점을 주는지 논의한다. [결론] 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도산의 자력주의와 인본주의는 오늘날의 가정교육이 지향해야 할 방향을 제시한다. 둘째, 도산이 주장한 다양한 커리큘럼 속에서 학생 개개인이 자신의 진로를 발견하면 학교교육은 점진적으로 변화할 수 있다. 셋째, 현대 사회는 도산의 공동체 정신과 주인 정신을 필요로 한다.

[Objective] The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's philosophy that are relevant to today's education and to derive implications for modern education. [Contents] This study is composed of three main parts. First, it examines Dosan's principles of self-reliance, humanism, and modeling, discussing their implications for modern home education. Second, it investigates Dosan's educational philosophies related to school education, including “one person, one skill”, gradualism, arts and physical education, and labor education, and explores their relevance to contemporary school education. Third, it explores Dosan's spirit of community and sense of ownership and examines their implications for modern social education. [Conclusions] The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, Dosan's principles of self-reliance and humanism provide a guiding direction for contemporary home education. Second, if students can discover their career paths through the diverse curricula advocated by Dosan, school education can undergo gradual transformation. Third, modern society requires Dosan's spirit of community and sense of ownership.
