연구내용 및 방법에 기초한 국내 수업컨설팅 연구의 동향과 과제 : 2003년~2023년을 중심으로

Research Trends and Tasks of Domestic instructional Consulting Based on Research Content and Method: Focusing on 2003-2023

이 연구는 지난 21년간(2003~2023)의 국내 수업컨설팅 연구들을 살펴봄으로써 국내 수업컨설팅 연구의 동향을 분석하고 수업컨설팅 연구를 활성화하기 위한 향후 과제를 모색하려는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 지난 21년간 국내 학술지에 게재된 수업컨설팅 연구 271편에 대한 내용분석을 실시하였으며, 체계적인 분석을 위해 연구대상, 교과영역, 연구목적, 수업분석방법, 연구방법의 분류기준에 따라 수업컨설팅 연구들을 구분하였다. 국내 수업컨설팅 연구 동향을 파악하기 위해 연도별, 연구대상별, 교과영역별, 연구목적별, 수업분석방법별 및 연구방법별로 국내 수업컨설팅 연구에 대한 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 부가적으로 연구의 전반적 동향을 알아보기 위해 전체 연구기간을 세 구간으로 나누어 기간별 수업컨설팅 연구의 차이도 함께 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 초기에는 초등을 대상으로 한 연구가 많이 이루어졌으나, 후기로 갈수록 초등 대상의 연구가 감소하고 대학 및 중등을 대상으로 한 연구가 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기간이 지나면서 과학, 수학 교과에 비해 예체능 교과에 관한 수업컨설팅 연구가 점차 감소하고 있었으며, 관련 연구가 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로, 수업컨설팅에 관한 개발연구가 활성화될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 수업분석 방법으로서 비디오분석과 더불어 인터뷰나 수업자료 및 설문지를 활용하는 연구가 증가한 것으로 확인되었다. 끝으로, 국내 수업컨설팅 연구 분야의 발전을 위해 이 연구가 갖는 의의와 향후 시사점 등이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic instructional consulting research trends and facilitate future instructional consulting by exploring domestic instructional consulting studies over the past 21 years (2003-2023). To achieve the purpose of the study, 271 domestic instructional consulting research published over the past 21 years were collected and content analysis was conducted. For systematic content analysis, instructional consulting research were classified according to classification criteria such as research subject, subject area, purpose of the study, technique for analyzing lessons, and research method. In order to find out the research trends of instructional consulting research, a frequency analysis was conducted on domestic instructional consulting research by year, research subject, subject area, research purpose, class analysis method, and research method. In addition, the entire research period was divided into three sections to find out the overall trend of domestic instructional consulting research, and the differences in instructional consulting research by period. As a result of the study, the most studies were conducted on elementary school in the early period, but in the late period, studies on elementary school subjects decreased, and studies on universities and secondary schools increased. Compared to science and mathematics subjects, instructional consulting research on arts and physical subjects was gradually decreasing, and very few studies were conducted. In addition, it was found that developmental study on instructional consulting needs to be conducted, and research on analyzing lessons using interviews, class materials, and questionnaires as well as video analysis has increased. Finally, the significance and implications of this study were discussed for the improvement of the domestic instructional consulting research field.
