키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 잡 크래프팅 연구 동향 분석

A Study on the Research Trends of Job Crafting Using Keyword Network Analysis: Focusing on Domestic Research

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 잡 크래프팅의 연구 동향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2024년 9월 1일부터 6일까지 KCI 등재지에 발표된 잡 크래프팅 관련 연구를 수집하였고, 최종 336편의 논문을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문으로부터 추출한 440개의 키워드를 중심으로 R Studio 프로그램을 활용하여 잡 크래프팅에 관한 네트워크 구조적 특성, 주제어 중심성, 하위 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 키워드의 출현빈도는 잡 크래프팅을 제외하고, 업무몰입, 직무만족, 혁신행동 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중심성 분석 결과 직무만족, 혁신행동, 업무몰입이 연결 중심성, 매개 중심성, 근접 중심성 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 연결 중심성에서는 간호사, 교사 순으로 높았고, 매개 중심성에서는 임파워링 리더십, 직무성과, 근접 중심성은 간호사, 직무성과 순으로 높았다. 셋째, 하위 네트워크 분석 결과 11개의 하위 네트워크가 도출되었고, 그중에서도 7개의 하위 네트워크가 집중화된 경향을 보였다. 이상의 분석 결과와 논의를 바탕으로 잡 크래프팅 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제언하였다.

This study aims to analyze research trends on job crafting using keyword network analysis. To achieve this objective, 336 research articles published in KCI-listed journals were collected from September 1 to September 6, 2024, focusing on studies that included "job crafting" and related terms in their titles or keywords. A total of 440 keywords were extracted from these articles. Using R Studio, we conducted network structure analysis, keyword centrality analysis, and sub-network analysis to identify the characteristics of job crafting research. The key findings are as follows: First, keyword frequency analysis revealed that, excluding ‘job crafting,’ the most frequently appearing keywords were ‘work engagement,’ ‘job satisfaction,’ and ‘innovative behavior.’ Second, centrality analysis showed that ‘job satisfaction,’ ‘innovative behavior,’ and ‘work engagement’ had the highest degree, betweenness, and closeness centralities. Additionally, in degree centrality, 'nurse' and 'teacher' also ranked high, while in betweenness centrality, 'empowering leadership' and 'job performance' ranked among the highest. In closeness centrality, 'nurse' and 'job performance' were highlighted as central keywords. Third, sub-network analysis identified 11 sub-networks, among which 7 were significantly concentrated around specific research themes. Based on these findings, this study discusses the theoretical and practical implications of job crafting research and provides suggestions for future research directions.
