초등교사의 무용교육연구회 활동 사례 연구

Case Study on Elementary School Teachers’ Dance Education Research Group Activities

본 연구는 초등교사의 무용교육연구회 활동을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 무용교육연구회가 초등교사 개인과 교육 공동체에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 무용교육을 연구하며, 정보를 공유하여 서로 협력하는 시스템을 구성하는 등 중요한 플랫폼으로 교육청의 지원과 학술적 연구를 기대해 본다. 본 연구는 사례 연구로 A 교육청 교육연구회의 B 초등무용교육연구회와 C 초등무용교육연구 회 대표 두 명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 문헌 연구, 인터뷰, 설문 조사 등 다양한 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등교사의 무용교육연구회 활동은 개인의 성장과 전문성 강화에 도움을 준다. 둘째, 초등교사의 무용교육연구회 활동은 교육 공동체의 교류와 협력 문화 조성에 도움을 준다. 셋째, 초등교사의 무용교육연구회 활동은 교육청의 지원과 학술적 연구가 필요하다. 위의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제언은 다음과 같다. 교육청은 연구회를 자율 연수기관으로 인정하고, 연구회 주관 직무연수를 개설하여 제도적으로 지원하는 것이 필요하다.

This study explored the activities of elementary school teachers’ dance education research groups. In this context, these dance education research groups are expected to positively impact individual elementary school teachers and the broader educational community. Moreover, these groups aim to advance research in dance education and establish a collaborative system for sharing information, thereby creating an important platform for support and academic research from the Office of Education. This study selected two representatives from the B and C Elementary Dance Education Research Groups of the A Office of Education Research Group as research participants. It collected and analyzed various data, including literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires. The results were as follows: First, the activities of the dance education research group for elementary school teachers contributed to personal growth and professional development. Second, they helped foster a culture of exchange and collaboration within the educational community. Third, they require support and academic research from the Office of Education. Based on the aforementioned results, it is recommended that the Office of Education recognize the research groups as autonomous training institutions and provide institutional support by establishing a job training program led by these research groups.
