中国高等教育质量评价研究的十年演进 ―基于CiteSpace文献计量分析

本研究的目的是系统分析过去10年间中国高等教育质量评价的研究动向,作为谋求中国高等教育质量变化和发展的基础资料提出。 本文利用2014年1月至2024年10月登载在中国网(CNKI)的458篇学术论文作为研究资料,利用CiteSpace文献计量研究软件进行分析。以此为基础,文献具有外在特性(每年出版论文数、研究历史范围),并且提出了视觉化,文献所具有的内在特性(共同的关键词,群落形态分析,时间线变化过程,研究的核心),观察中国教育提出了集中的核心主题。 据研究结果显示,在过去10年的研究动向中涉及的研究主题包括构建保证高等教育质量的系统、探索教育质量评价标准及方法、教育质量和学生开发之间的关系、多种形态的高等教育质量评价等。高等教育质量评价向学制或多层次发展,体现了学生创新能力和素质的综合增长,以及大学教师专业发展的变化。进一步运用大数据和人工智能等尖端技术,使高等教育的评价基于准确性和科学性,为提高教育改革和发展的效果提供了帮助。另外,本研究结果表明,尽管评价中国高等教育质量的研究论文数量不断增加,但作者和研究机构之间的学术交流和合作不足。从这一点来看,本研究结果为今后研究领域提供了多种视角,为未来中国高等教育的质量评价提供了更有效的方向。

This study examines the research trends in the quality evaluation of Chinese higher education over the past decade, aiming to provide resources for its improvement and development. By utilizing 458 journal articles published in CNKI between January 2014 and October 2024, the study analyzed them using the Citespace program. The results revealed external characteristics of the literature, such as the number of annually published articles and the scope of research, through visualizations. Additionally, by analyzing internal factors like common keywords, research groups, timeline changes, and core research themes, the study identified key focus areas in Chinese education.The findings indicate that research topics over the past decade include systemic frameworks for ensuring higher education quality, examination methods and criteria for quality evaluation, the relationship between educational quality and student academic development, and various approaches to quality assessment. Furthermore, the quality evaluation of Chinese higher education has progressively developed, embracing interdisciplinary and multidimensional approaches. This evolution reflects a shift towards faculty development and the integrated growth of students' innovative competencies and qualities. Furthermore, the adoption of advanced technologies, such as big data and artificial intelligence, has enhanced educational innovation and development through scientific accuracy. However, the results also highlight limitations in academic collaboration and exchange, despite the increasing number of studies on higher education quality. In this context, the study offers various perspectives for future research, suggesting directions for advancing quality evaluation in Chinese higher education.
