사회 갈등 해소를 위한 그리스도의 구성 요소 재해석 - 현대신학의 그리스도론을 중심으로 -

Reinterpretation of the Components of Christ for Resolving Social Conflicts : Focusing on Contemporary Theology's Christology

본 논문은 한국의 갈등 상황을 해결할 방안으로 교회 내부에서 변화할 수 있는 그리스도에 대한 새로운 시각과 해석을 제시하기 위하여 현대 신학자들의 그리스도론을 분석하고 비교한 후 현시대에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 구성 요소를 발견하고자 한다. 최근 한국 내에서는 여러 집단 사이에서 갈등을 빚는 일이 자주 나타나고 있다. 특히 여론에서 이야기 된 한국기독교총연맹의 태극기 집회나 세계적으로 하나의 운동처럼 되어버린 정치적 올바름이 국내에서 나타남과 동시에 사회 갈등이 만연해졌기에 이를 근거로 한국 사회의 갈등 원인을 자신들의 가치를 중요시하고 다른 사람들의 가치를 무시하는 가치 경도 현상으로 주장하며 이를 해결하고자 기독교의 근본인 그리스도의 요소를 제시하려 한다. 이를 위해 프리드리히 슐라이어마허, 폴 틸리히, 디트리히 본회퍼, 위르겐 몰트만, 존 캅과 같은 선대 신학자들의 그리스도 관점을 이해하고 그들의 장점을 융섭하고 가치를 평분하는 그리스도를 구성하여 사회의 갈등을 해소하기 위한 나름의 미약한 시도를 도전해본다.

This paper aims to propose new perspectives and interpretations of Christ that can bring about changes within the church to address conflict situations in Korea. By analyzing and comparing the Christologies of contemporary theologians, the paper seeks to discover new components that can be applied in the current era. Recently, conflicts between various groups have frequently emerged in Korea. Notably, events such as the Korean Christian Federation's Taegeukgi rallies and the rise of political correctness as a global movement have contributed to the widespread social conflicts within the country. Based on these observations, this study argues that the root cause of social conflicts in Korean society lies in the phenomenon of value extremism, where groups prioritize their own values while disregarding those of others. To address this, the paper suggests revisiting the fundamental elements of Christ in Christianity. To this end, the paper examines the perspectives on Christ of prominent theologians such as Friedrich Schleiermacher, Paul Tillich, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Jürgen Moltmann, and John Cobb. By synthesizing and integrating the strengths of these theologians, the study attempts a modest challenge to construct a Christology that emphasizes balanced values and seeks to resolve social conflicts.
