인형치료 집단 프로그램을 적용한 소규모 보육교사 교사회 구성원 간 상호작용 사례연구

A Case Study on Interactions Among Members of a Small-Scale Teacher Community Applying a Figure Therapy Group Program

본 연구의 목적은 인형치료 집단 프로그램이 소규모 보육교사 교사회(이하 교사공동체) 구성원 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 교사공동체의 동의를 얻은 후, 사전 및 사후 검사를 포함한 총 7회기의 인형치료 집단 프로그램을 구성하여 2024년 11월 29일부터 2025년 1월 3일까지 주 1회, 각 회기 당 45분씩 진행하였다. 참여한 교사공동체는 인형치료 집단 프로그램을 통해 자기이해, 타인이해, 긍정적 자기상 구축 등의 과정을 경험했으며, 교사공동체 구성원 간의 긍정적인 상호작용이 의의차별척도와 소시오메트리를 통해 확인되었다. 프로그램 진행 중, 갈등관계에 있던 교사들은 갈등 상황이 재연되는 장면을 직면하면서 갈등을 통찰하고 서로를 이해하는 모습을 보였다. 또한, 상대가 구축한 긍정적 자아상을 인정하며, 이러한 과정이 서로를 위한 사회적 지지로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 인형치료 집단 프로그램은 교사들이 경험한 동료 간 갈등에서의 직무스트레스를 완화하는 데 효과적이었다. 교사들은 프로그램을 통해 상호 이해와 지지를 바탕으로 갈등을 해결할 수 있었고, 이는 직무스트레스 중 관계갈등 영역에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 인형치료 집단 프로그램이 직장 내 갈등을 예방하고, 괴롭힘을 방지하는 데 유용한 대안적 프로그램이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a figure therapy group program on interactions among members of small-scale childcare teacher communities (hereinafter referred to as teacher communities). With the consent of the teacher community, a total of seven sessions, including pre- and post-assessment sessions, were conducted from November 29, 2024, to January 3, 2025. Each session was held once a week and lasted approximately 45 minutes. Through the figure therapy group program, the participating teacher community experienced processes such as self-understanding, understanding others, and building a positive self-image. Positive interactions among the members of the teacher community were observed using the Differential Meaning Scale and Sociometry. Additionally, participation in the figure therapy group program showed a tendency to reduce individual job stress. In particular, the program was found to have a significant effect on the relationship conflict sub-factor of job stress, suggesting that the figure therapy group program could be applied as an intervention program to address social issues, such as workplace bullying.
