대학생의 거부민감성이 외로움에 미치는 영향: 정서인식명확성으로 조절된 다차원적 경험회피의 매개효과

The Effect of College Students’ Rejection-Sensitivity on Loneliness: The mediation effect of Multidimensional Experiential Avoidance moderated by Emotional Clarity

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 거부민감성과 외로움의 관계에서 다차원적 경험회피의 매개효과와 정서인식명확성의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내에 거주하는 만 18~29세 성인 165명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 전면 온라인으로 실시되었으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS Statistics 26.0과 SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거부민감성, 외로움, 다차원적 경험회피, 정서인식명확성 간 상관이 유의미하였다. 거부민감성과 외로움, 다차원적 경험회피는 각각 정적 상관을, 정서인식명확성은 다른 변인들과 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 외로움의 관계를 다차원적 경험회피가 매개하였다. 마지막으로, 거부민감성이 다차원적 경험회피를 통해 외로움에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식명확성의 조절된 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이는 상담자가 높은 거부민감성을 가진 대학생들이 외로움을 경험할 때 부정적인 경험을 회피하는지 살펴보는 것과 정서에 대한 인식을 발달시키는 것이 개입의 지점으로 적용될 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of multidimensional experiential avoidance and the moderated mediating effect of emotional clarity in the relationship between rejection-sensitivity and loneliness among college students. A self-report survey was conducted with 165 people at the University between the ages of 18 and 29 in South Korea. The survey was administered online, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Process Macro. The results of the study are as follows. First, the correlation between each variable was significant. Second, multidimensional experiential avoidance mediated the relationship between rejection-sensitivity and loneliness. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of emotional clarity in the impact of rejection-sensitivity on loneliness through multidimensional experiential avoidance was statistically significant. The implications and limitations of the study are discussed.
