The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of class-level program on the stress reduction and resilience enhancement of elementary school, 6th-grade using pretest-posttest experimental design. A total of 78, 6th-grade students were assigned to two groups, experimental group(n=38) and control group(n=40), by class-level. The experimental group participated in 10 sessions of the class-level program. After the termination of the program, differences between pretest and posttest scores of the stress and resilience ability were compared in both groups. The main results of this study were 6th-grade students in the experimental group showed significant improvements in their stress management and resilience ability, whereas students in the control group not showed a significant change from the pretest and posttest scores. These findings suggest that class program is effective in bringing about positive changes in stress management and resilience ability of elementary school, 6th-grade.
