발달장애 조기개입 인력 양성을 위한 병원형 수련제도에 관한 연구

Exploring the Need for a Hospital-Based Training System for Early Intervention Professionals in Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애 조기개입 인력 양성을 위한 병원형 수련제도의 필요성과 방향성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 발달재활서비스 행동발달재활 영역 자격 취득을 위한『행동재활현장실습』을 병원에서 이수한 실습생 10명을 대상으로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 다학제적 협업이 가능한 임상 환경의 장점에도 불구하고, 실습생을 전담할 수 있는 인력과 명확한 실습 목표 및 피드백 체계가 부재하다는 문제가 드러났다. 또한, 120시간의 실습 기간은 임상 역량을 충분히 개발하기에는 부족하며, 사전 준비 과정 및 병원 수련 전·중 병행 과목 구분의 필요성도 제기되었다. 수련생을 위한 최소한의 공간과 생활비 지원의 필요성도 강조되었다. 본 연구는 병원형 수련제도의 제도적 수립을 위한 기초자료로서, 발달장애 조기개입 인력의 전문성 강화 및 서비스 질 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study explored the need for a hospital-based training system for early intervention professionals in the field of developmental disabilities. Focus group interviews were conducted with ten trainees who completed their practicum at hospital-based behavioral development centers. Thematic analysis revealed key issues, including the benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration, but also the lack of designated practicum supervisors, unclear training goals, and insufficient opportunities for structured feedback. The standard 120-hour practicum was considered inadequate for developing clinical competence, and the need for a clear distinction between pre-practicum and concurrent coursework was identified. Participants also emphasized the importance of preparatory periods before client interaction, access to and training in clinical assessment tools, the provision of minimum space and living support for trainees, and the establishment of a fixed training period of up to one year. This study provides foundational insights for the establishment of a hospital-based training system aimed at enhancing professional competencies and improving the quality of early intervention services.
