대학생의 진로 및 취업 실태조사를 기반으로 한 교육 방안 연구: C대학 사례를 중심으로

A Study on the Educational Plan Based on the Survey on Student Career and Employment : Focusing on the Cases of C University

본 연구는 지방 소재 C대학의 재학생을 대상으로 진로 및 취업 실태조사를 통해 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 진로교육과 취업지도를 위한 교육방안을 제시했다. 설문조사에 참여한 345명의 재학생을 대상으로 진로 및 취업과 관련하여 졸업 후 진로 계획, 직업 선택 시 우선 고려 사항, 취업을 위해 가장 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 것, 현재 자신의 진로 선택을 가장 어렵게 하는 것, 취업 준비를 위해 필요하다고 생각하는 취업지원 프로그램, 졸업 후 자신이 취업하길 원하는 분야에 대해 설문 조사하였다.그 결과 졸업 후 진로 계획은 취업이 가장 높게 나타났다. 경제적 소득이 직업 선택 시 우선으로 고려되는 상황이고, 취업 시 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 것은 자격증 및 면허증이고, 진로 선택에 있어 가장 어려운 점은 자신감과 의욕 부족이나 취업준비이며, 취업 준비를 위해 필요한 취업 지원 프로그램은 어학이나 면접 컨설팅이 우선적이었고, 졸업 후 희망하는 취업 분야로는 대기업이 가장 높은 비율로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 C대학의 진로 및 취업을 위한 교육 상황을 점검하고, 타 대학 사례와 문헌 연구 내용을 바탕으로 C대학 재학생들의 요구가 반영된 진로 및 취업 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 실제적이고 활용 가능한 교육 방안을 제시하였다.

This study presents educational strategies for career guidance and job preparation based on the results of a career and employment survey conducted among students at C University, a provincial institution.The survey involved 345 enrolled students and covered various aspects related to career and employment, including post-graduation career plans, primary considerations in job selection, essential qualifications for employment, current challenges in career choice, necessary job support programs for preparation, and desired employment sectors after graduation.The results showed that employment was the most common post-graduation plan. Economic income was the primary consideration in job selection. Certificates and licenses were deemed essential for employment. The main difficulties in career choice were lack of confidence, motivation, and job preparation. Language programs and interview consulting were prioritized as necessary job support programs. Large corporations were the most desired employment sector after graduation.Based on these findings, the study examined the current state of career and employment education at C University. On the basis of the case studies of other universities and literature review, the research proposed practical and applicable educational strategies that reflect the needs of C University students for career and employment education.
