2022 개정 음악 교과서에 수록된 거문고 연주 내용 분석 및 교육적 활용 방안 연구

Analysis of Geomungo Performance Content in the 2022 Revised Music Textbooks and Educational Utilization Strategies

본 연구에서는 2022 개정 음악 교과서에 수록된 거문고 연주 내용을 분석해 본 후에 개선점을 찾아 보고 학교 현장에서의 지도 방안을 모색했다. 거문고 구음에 따른 연주법을 토대로 민요 악곡을 연주하는 활동을 핵심적인 지도 내용으로 명시한 교과서의 지도 내용에 더하여 연주 자세의 안정화를 위한 방안, 개방현을 표현할 수 있는 연주법을 추가하여 교수·학습 설계 절차를 제시했다. 이를 토대로 풍류음악과 창작국악곡을 다양한 연주 형태로 연주해 보면서 거문고의 음색과 연주법을 탐구하여 악기에 관한 이해도를 높이도록 제시했다. 본 연구는 단기간의 교과 시간을 활용하여 효율적으로 거문고를 지도할 수 있도록 지도 내용을 제시했다. 이를 통하여 거문고 연주가 어렵다는 기존의 통념을 깨고 학교 현장에서 실질적으로 거문고 연주 활동이 가능하도록 계기를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

This study analyzes the geomungo performance content included in the 2022 revised music textbooks, identifies areas for improvement, and explores instructional strategies for effective teaching in schools. The textbooks specify performance activities based on geomungo gueum (mnemonic syllables) as a core teaching element, particularly in relation to playing folk songs. In addition to this, the study suggests methods to enhance performance stability, introduces techniques for expressing open strings, and presents a structured teaching-learning design. Building upon this foundation, the study proposes engaging students in various performance styles of both court music and contemporary creative Korean music, allowing them to explore the unique timbre and techniques of the geomungo. Through these activities, students can deepen their understanding of the instrument. The study also provides instructional content designed for efficient guidance within the limited time available in school music classes. By addressing the common perception that geomungo performance is difficult, this research contributes to creating an environment where practical geomungo playing can be effectively implemented in schools. This approach establishes a meaningful opportunity for students to experience and engage with traditional Korean music in a more accessible manner.
