AI 기반 유무인복합전투체계 운용 장병의 정체성 통합을 위한 내러티브코칭 방안 연구: 군 커리어의 시작, 군사교육기관을 중심으로

Narrative Coaching for Soldiers' Identity Integration in AI-based MUMT Combat Systems : Focus on Military Education

본 연구의 목적은 AI 기반 유무인복합전투체계를 운용하는 군 장병의 정체성 통합 을 위한 내러티브코칭 방안을 탐구하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 첨단 과학기술, 국방과학기술과 변화하는 군 교육훈련 환경 속에서 장병들이 직면하는 정체성 통합 의 필요성을 강조한다. 이를 위한 연구 방법은 문헌 연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명 관련 첨단과학기술, 그 중에서도 국방과학기술과 군 교육훈련 환경의 변화를 고찰하고, 일반사회와 군 조직 내 장병의 정체성 통합 관련 연구를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 군 장병의 정체성 형성, 발달 및 통합에 내러티브코칭이 적합함을 확인하였다. 둘째, AI 기반 유무인복합전투체계를 효과적으로 운용하기 위해서는 아날로그 인간 장병이 0과 1의 디지털 인격체인 기계와 윤리적, 도덕적 차원에서 정체성을 통합할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 다음으로 군사교육기관에서 내러티브코칭을 적용하여 정체성 형성·발달 및 통합하고 상호운용성과 협업 능력을 강화할 수 있도록 교육과 정을 개발·적용하고 군사교육체계를 보완하며 교육훈련과 지원체계를 발전시켜야 함을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 장병의 정체성 통합을 위한 체계적 접근의 기초를 마련 하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

This study explores narrative coaching as a strategy for identity integration among military personnel operating AI-based manned-unmanned teaming combat systems. Amid advancements in defense science and shifting military training environments in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the need for identity integration is emphasized. Through a literature review, this study examines changes in defense technology, education and training environments, and identity-related research in military and civilian contexts. Findings indicate that narrative coaching supports ethical and moral identity integration between human soldiers and AI entities. The study recommends applying narrative coaching in military education and training to enhance interoperability, collaboration, and systematic identity integration between military personnel and AI-based manned-unmanned teaming combat systems.
