Purpose: This study examined the major trends in the reproductive health of married immigrant women in Korea from 2014 to 2023 to provide basic data for developing an effective intervention program to improve the reproductive health and health management abilities of married immigrant women in nursing. Methods: Literature searches were conducted using DBpia, KCI (Korean Citation Index), KISS, and Korea Science by combining the following keywords: married immigrant women, reproductive health, pregnancy, childbirth, and cervical cancer vaccine. Forty-seven studies on the reproductive health of married immigrant women, published in domestic journals over the past 10 years, wereanalyzed. Results: The research methods included quantitative research (70.2%) and qualitative research (29.8%). The primary academic fields were medicine (40.4%), social studies (25.5%), multidisciplinary studies (19.1%), engineering (10.6%), and natural sciences (4.3%). The analysis across seven focus areas showed that maternal care (59.6%) was the most frequently studied topic, followed by social influence (14.9%), health risks and gender influences (10.6%), women’s health issues (8.5%), sexual health and violence against women (2.1%), and others(4.3%). Conclusion: This study analyzed the research trends related to the reproductive health of married immigrant women over the past decade, providing fundamental data to guide nursing interventions for this population. Future research and policy development should include systematic literature reviews and consider studies published in international academic journals because married immigrant women are a vulnerable group requiring targeted health intervention.
