고령장애인의 취업 선호 일자리 유형화 및 영향 요인 분석

Latent Profile Analysis of Job Preferences and Influencing Factors among Elderly Persons with Disabilities

본 연구는 그간 노인과 장애인 정책에서 소외되어 온 우리나라 고령장애인의 직업적 욕구를 반영할 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 대안 마련을 지원하고자 고령장애인의 취업 선호 일자리를 잠재프로파일 분석 으로 유형화하고, 선호하는 일자리 유형 구분에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구사회학적 특성, 장애 특성 및 인적 자본 특성으로 구분해 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 2023년 장애인고용패널조사(2차웨이브 8차조사)에서 조사된 고령장애인 638명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 고령장애인의 일자리 선호 유형이 ‘취업중시형’, ‘양질선호형’, ‘환경중시형’으로 구분됨을 확인하였다. 이처럼 고령장애인 집단 내에서의 취업 선호도에 차이가 있으므로, 고령장애인의 취업 선호와 욕구에 따라 차별화된 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다. 특히, 여성과 중증의 비율이 높은 ‘환경중시형’의 경우, 일·가정 양립을 위한 지원이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한, 고령장애인은 고령과 장애의 교차성을 가지고 있으므로, 두 영역의 상호작용을 통합적으로 고려한 서비스 제공이 필요함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to come up with policy and practical alternatives that can reflect the professional needs of elderly persons with disabilities in Korea, which have been alienated from policies for the elderly and the disabled. Jobs preferred by the elderly persons with disabilities were categorized using latent profile analysis and factors influencing the classification of preferred job types were examined through multinomiallogistic regression analysis. As a result of analyzing the data of 638 elderly persons with disabilities surveyed in the 2023 Panel Survey of Employment for Persons with Disabilities, it was found that the types of job preferences for the elderly persons with disabilities were divided into "employment-oriented", "quality preference", and "environment-oriented". As such, since there is a difference in employment preferences within the group of the elderly persons with disabilities, it was suggested that differentiated support is needed according to the employment preferences and needs of the elderly persons with disabilities. In particular, it was derived that in the case of the 'environment-oriented type' with a high ratio of women and severe cases, support for work-family balance is necessary. In addition, since the elderly persons with disabilities have the intersectionality of old age and disability, it was confirmed that it is necessary to provide an integrated service that can consider the interaction between the two areas at the same time.
