사회적 농업 분야의 표준사업장에 근무하는 발달장애인의 직무만족이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 미래에 대한 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Life Satisfaction Among Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Working in Standardized Workplaces in the Social Agriculture Secto r: The Mediating Effect of Perception of the Future

본 연구는 최저임금을 상회하는 수준의 임금을 제공하는 사회적 농업 분야 표준사업장에 근무하는 발달장애인의 직무만족도가 삶의 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 발달장애인의 직무만족과삶의 만족 간의 관계에서 미래에 대한 인식이 어떠한 매개효과를 발휘하는지 심층적으로 검증하고자하였다. 연구방법으로는 사회적 농업 분야 표준사업장에 근무 중인 발달장애인 51명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과 분석을 통해 체계적으로 분석되었다. 연구결과, 발달장애인의 직무만족도가 높을수록 미래에 대한 긍정적 인식과 전반적인삶의 만족도가 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 특히 주목할 점은 발달장애인의 미래에 대한 긍정적 인식이직무만족도와 삶의 만족도 사이에서 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과를 보였다는 점이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 발달장애인의 직업 안정성과 삶의 질 향상을 위해 단순히 직무 관련 지원에국한되지 않고, 금전관리교육, 경제관념 이해교육, 생애설계 프로그램 등 미래준비를 위한 종합적인지원체계 구축의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한 발달장애인의 직업적 성취가 단기적 만족을 넘어 장기적인삶의 전망과 연결될 수 있도록 사회정책적 관점에서의 통합적 접근이 필요함을 강조하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of job satisfaction on overall life satisfaction among individuals with developmental disabilities working in standard workplaces in the social agriculture sector, which provides wages above the minimum wage level. The study also sought to deeply verify what mediating effect perception of the future has on the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction among individuals with developmental disabilities. For the research methodology, a self-reported survey was conducted with 51 individuals with developmental disabilities working in standard workplaces in the social agriculture sector, and the collected data was systematically analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis. The research results showed that individuals with developmental disabilities with higher levels of job satisfaction demonstrated significantly higher positive perceptions of the future and overall life satisfaction. Particularly noteworthy is that the positive perception of the future among individuals with developmental disabilities showed a statistically significant mediating effect between job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on these research findings, this study proposed the necessity of establishing a comprehensive support system for future preparation, including financial management education, economic concept understanding education, and life planning programs, not limited to simply job-related support, to enhance occupational stability and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additionally, the study emphasized the need for an integrated approach from a social policy perspective so that the occupational achievements of individuals with developmental disabilities can connect to long-term life prospects beyond short-term satisfaction.
